NEEDLES:

16" circular in size US 6 and US 7 [4 and 4.5 mm] / set dpns in size US 7 [4.5 mm]

GAUGE:

16 sts and 23 rnds = 4" [10 cm] in fern stitch using larger needles, after blocking 

NOTES:

Beret is knitted in the round from brim to crown.
